Question: Will your products fit my machine?
Answer: Our customer sales rep, Lois, will be able to help you will all of your sizing questions. If she can not assist you she will find someone who can such as another staff member or a dealer or farmer near you. It's very rare that our products do not fit or can not be adjusted to fit. We also offer custom blades or knives, if we receive information from you before the end of June on how you want your blades or knives made, we will do everything we can to make them for you.

Question: How will I get my Ubly products?
Answer: We ship almost entirely by U.P.S., this method gets our product right to your specific location, as quickly as possible.

Question: Is there shipping costs?
Answer: Yes, shipping and handling are an extra cost.

Question: How long does it take for my order to get to me?
Answer: If we receive your order before noon, we will get it out the same day. Depending on your location, you will receive our products in 3 to 4 business days, using a standard ground shipping method.

Question: How do I pay for my order?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards and money orders.

Question: Is your product guaranteed?
Answer: We have a warranty on our products, if there is a flaw instilled by the manufacturing process we will replace the product for you ( however we can not refund shipping costs on warrantied items).
